THE AGENT may process your personal data without requiring your consent in cases of exception as established by legislation, for the following primary purposes:

  • Prepare insurance quotes (Auto, Motorcycle, Health, Home, Life) according to your needs

  • Create and manage your file as prospect or insured

  • Manage the issuance, renewal, modification or cancellation of insurance policies

  • Send your information to GNP Seguros and other insurance companies for policy subscription

  • Maintain communication with you for follow-up of procedures, claims and policy-related services

  • Provide personalized advice on insurance matters and risk management

  • Attend requirements requested by competent authorities through official notice

  • Carry out money laundering prevention, fraud and illicit operations activities

  • Manage legalization services through our commercial partners (when applicable)

  • Competent authorities in cases provided by applicable regulations
